The municipal call center is staffed 24/7 throughout the year, and is available for receiving reports via phone on hazards and other matters.106

The call center is responsible for processing calls from the public and referring them for handling by relevant departments.

The municipal call center processes calls from city residents and, through the municipality, extends services in all areas to residents. The call center follows up on the handling of requests, in conformity with predefined time allocations.
